So how do we pay our overhead?
 

If you choose to work with Granite HealthPro, powered by Maxwell Health, we manage your benefits program through Granite Insurance Brokers, and we get paid directly by your benefits providers, just like your broker does now.  There is no additional cost to you, as long as you have a minimum of 25 employees enrolled in your benefits program. Your current benefits pricing (or your current program) isn’t impacted in any way, shape, or form, because the insurance companies pay us directly.
 

Why are we the only free benefits enrollment and ACA compliance software in the marketplace?
 

Unlike Payroll companies, PEOs, Employee Benefit Administrators, HR outsourcers, and HR software providers, our technology, powered by Maxwell Health, enables us to operate profitably on the revenue share paid to us by the benefits providers, which allows us to deliver Granite HealthPro at no cost to you.  There are no hidden fees, or surprises.
 

Are there any contracts or agreements?
 

Yes, because it’s just good business.  We custom build the software around your current employee benefits program, which costs us money.  In order to do this, we will need to be your broker of record, which helps offset these costs.  And then, we ask that you stick with Granite HealthPro for 12 months.  BUT, we have guarantees.  If you’re not completely happy with GHP, we’ll coordinate the move-out process to make this as simple as possible – not that you’d ever want to leave.
 

Granite Insurance Brokers also provides additional products and services with this software, like iPad’s, Fitbit’s, Custom Employee Benefit Booklets (great for open enrollments, new hires and compliance requirements) and access to HR Specialists who are the best in the business.  It’s why we ask that you sign a Memorandum of Understanding – that perfectly outlines what you get and what products and services we will deliver.
 

Can I keep our current plan?
 

Yes, absolutely!  There’s no need to make any changes to your existing benefits program.  If you love it, let’s keep it.  If you’d like to make changes, we can do that too!  We are a professional employee benefits and property and casualty agency, so one of our specialist’s will meet with you and work side-by-side with your HR team to ensure that you have the perfect program in place.  It’s what Granite has been doing for 20 years with over a century of combined experience – which means we are really good at what we do.
